Two months ago, I was literally on the verge of losing my sanity. Bedtime was rough, but honestly it was nighttime itself that was killing me. A total nightmare. I dreaded the night. Anna was 14 months and still waking every2 hours or so. So, I basically hadn’t gotten a full night’s sleep in 4 years. My marriage was being tested daily because I was so miserable and exhausted. No one was sleeping. I never smiled. I felt like I was going to die if this continued! Then I finally hit rock bottom after a couple of especially horrible nights and frantically messaged Kala with Sleep at Last. And let me tell you, she literally saved my life and my marriage. Now instead of taking3 hours to fall asleep, tip toeing downstairs, sad and defeated, and going straight to bed knowing I would be startled awake before too long, bedtime is now peaceful and special.
