WHAT IS MELATONIN
Melatonin is a hormone that is generated by a number of tissues throughout the body, but the largest concentration is created by the brain’s pineal gland. Melatonin production and delivery to every area of the body is regulated by the body’s internal clock, and acts as a messaging system to signify the arrival of night.
