Two months ago, I was literally on the verge of losing my sanity. Bedtime was rough, but honestly it was nighttime itself that was killing me. A total nightmare. I dreaded the night. Anna was 14 months and still waking every2 hours or so. So, I basically hadn’t gotten a full night’s sleep in 4 years. My marriage was being tested daily because I was so miserable and exhausted. No one was sleeping. I never smiled. I felt like I was going to die if this continued! Then I finally hit rock bottom after a couple of especially horrible nights and frantically messaged Kala with Sleep at Last. And let me tell you, she literally saved my life and my marriage. Now instead of taking3 hours to fall asleep, tip toeing downstairs, sad and defeated, and going straight to bed knowing I would be startled awake before too long, bedtime is now peaceful and special. Anna goes without a struggle and I can be downstairs with both kids sleep by 830pm, relaxed and still have a couple of spare hours left in the day to spend alone with my husband. I am happy again and smiling. My marriage is the best it’s ever been. We are rested and thriving. I can say with 100000% certainty, it’s all because of Kala!
So thankful we chose Kala to help us with our sleep needs! After 3 years of inconsistent sleep, she helped us reach our sleep goals! She was great at holding us accountable figuring out what we needed to tweak! So glad we decided to to make the leap!

I will begin by saying that I never thought my child would actually adjust to this new method of sleeping so quickly! We saw success within the second night, with her sleeping a full night, with no wakings. I was fully convinced by the second day that we made the right decision in choosing Kala to help us along the way with sleep training. One of the things we learned from this experience is that with strict rules and a routine in place, a child at any age will adapt to them fairly quickly. Landree was a good sleeper previously, however she would wake around the same time every night to come into our bed. Prior to starting we also rocked her to sleep every night, which sometimes took anywhere from 30 minutes up to 1 hour, if she was not sleepy. Once learning that she was relying on us to help her fall asleep, we knew that something had to be done. She now follows her bedtime routine and is placed into her crib awake, as we walk out the door. She is literally sleeping within 5 minutes of us walking out of her room and sleeps until her clock goes off the next morning. She also follows the rules for her naps and is sleeping within a few minutes. I will admit that the first night I had my doubts and thought this would never work. If you can get through the first night, then it should be smooth sailing after that, each night gets better! I would definitely recommend sleep at last! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to say a 15 lol. Kala was so great to work with and so helpful with tools that would work for Landree when she did run into an obstacle. If you are on the fence about trying this, then I would recommend you give it a try, I promise you won't regret it!
