This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child, her routines, current sleep habits, and more. This will be filled out prior to our consultation. Having this information in advance will help us make the most of our time together and ensure that I address all of your questions and concerns.
30-Miunute Phone Consultation
This is to discuss the details of the Bedtime Support
I will prepare a detailed, fully customized sleep plan. This will be provided to you at the conclusion of our private consultation. This plan will address your child’s individual needs and will provide you with clear, easy-to-follow steps to teach your child healthy sleep habits.
Private In-Home Consultation
This will take place after your child is asleep at bedtime. We will go over the Sleep Plan I prepare for you, in depth, discussing specific strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, nap time, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with, after your child has fallen asleep on the first night.
I will come to your home an hour before your child’s scheduled bedtime and stay for a total of twelve hours, showing you what to do as you implement your sleep plan, including how to handle bedtime routine and night wakings
Six Follow-Up Telephone Calls
This is the most important part of the support process! This is where we can ensure the plan is working, make any recommendations of change while you implement the Sleep Plan. Our first call will follow the night you choose to implement your sleep plan; then we will schedule the other four follow-up calls. The calls will typically last about 10-20 minutes. During our follow up calls, we’ll use this time to discuss your baby’s progress, to deal with any setbacks you might be having, talk about what you can expect next, and answer any general questions.
THREE Weeks of Unlimited Email Support
We want to ensure we are supporting you as much as you need! You can email your sleep specialist as many questions as you have for two weeks beginning the day you implement your sleep plan.
Sleep at Last Resource Guide
Upon completion of the plan and our time together, I will provide you with information to help you tackle anything that could come up with your baby’s sleep. Topics include: nap transitions, travel tips, how to deal with illness, sleep regressions, and daylight savings time change and more.
