PRENATAL/NEWBORN (0 – 3 MONTHS)

Most parents don't begin seeking out help until they've struggled through months of poor sleeping habits - which means you are ahead of the game! The first few months are important for instilling healthy sleep habits in your newborn and laying the groundwork healthy sleep habits. Eliminate uncertainty, frustration, and tension from your nights and let me help guide you and your family towards solutions and peace of mind so that everyone can sleep soundly.

  • Private Consultation
    In a 45 minutes consultation, we will go over newborn sleep needs, address establishing a good schedule of feedings and sleeping, and give you tips and ideas to help your newborn establish healthy sleep habits.
  • Detailed Newborn Sleep Plan
    The techniques in our newborn sleep plan will educate you about newborn sleep and teach you how to start to foster healthy sleep habits for your baby.
  • Four Follow Up Phone Calls
    Scheduled throughout your child’s first 12 weeks of life to talk about your baby’s changing sleep needs.
  • Sleep at Last Newborn Sleep Resource Guide
    A tool kit with information in it to help you navigate the many changes of young baby sleep.

INFANT (4-23 MONTHS)

This package is for parents of infants ages 4-18 months. It is the perfect package for babies who are ready to learn the lifelong skills necessary to be an independent sleeper. We will address your child’s sleep issues through a comprehensive sleep plan and you will be provided with my ongoing support as you implement that plan. Get ready to take your nights back! If your child is 4 months to 23 months, she is ready learn the lifelong skills necessary to become an independent sleeper.

  • Preliminary Evaluation
    This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child, her routines, current sleep habits, and more.
  • Private Consultation
    In a 90 minute consultation, we’ll the go over the Sleep Plan I prepare for you, in depth.
  • Customized Sleep Plan
    This plan will address your child’s individual needs and will provide you with clear, easy-to-follow steps to teach your child healthy sleep habits.
  • Five Follow-Up Telephone Calls
    This is the most important part of the support process! This is where we can ensure the plan is working, make any recommendations of change while you implement the Sleep Plan.
  • TWO Weeks of Unlimited E-mail Support
    You can email your sleep specialist as many questions as you have for two weeks beginning the day you implement your sleep plan.
  • Sleep at Last Resource Guide
    I will provide you with information to help you tackle anything that could come up with your baby’s sleep.

TODDLERS AND OLDER CHILDREN (24 MONTHS AND OLDER)

If your child is 24months or older, the typical sleep challenges are very different from that of an infant, and are usually a little more complicated. Older children are not immune from sleep difficulties and may need extra support to encourage nighttime independence. With all the changes that accompany this stages of your child’s, it is normal for sleep challenges to arise. Whether it is the transition from crib to toddler-bed, giving up naps, or dealing with night terrors, I will guide you through these changes and help everyone get a good-night sleep!
