Having a new baby is one of the most exciting and exhausting experiences. Starting early with establishing healthy sleep habits is a huge advantage for babies and their families. This option is designed for expecting families or for families who have a newborn baby (0-12 weeks old).

You will be provided with knowledge about newborn sleep needs and given the tools to start your baby down the right path healthy sleep habits. You will learn strategies to establish good sleep habits and build a strong foundation of sleep skills right from the beginning, so that when the time is right, your baby will have the natural ability to become a good sleeper.

This package includes:

Private 45 Minute Consultation

We’ll discuss newborn babies’ sleep needs and how to recognize sleepiness. We will address how to establish a good schedule of feedings and sleeping for the baby. We will also give you ideas and tips to help your newborn begin to establish healthy sleeping habits.

Detailed Newborn Sleep Plan

The techniques in our newborn sleep plan will educate you about newborn sleep and teach you how to start to foster healthy sleep habits for your baby.

Four Follow-Up Phone Calls

We will schedule four follow-up phone calls during the first 12 weeks to talk about how your baby is sleeping. Since newborn sleep changes often we will space these calls out every few weeks. These calls will last about 20 minutes each.

Sleep at Last Newborn Sleep Resource Guide

At the end of the 12 weeks we will send a tool kit with information in it to help you navigate the many changes of young baby sleep.

*The purpose of the Newborn Package is to educate families about newborn sleep and give tools to foster healthy sleep habits.  This is not intended to help newborns sleep through the night.  Some newborns are not ready for longer periods of sleep until they are older and their development has progressed.  This package offers a Healthy Sleep Plan, not a Sleep Training Plan.
